Additional Module
This graph is only generated when questions adapted to the organization’s needs (maximum six QWL domains) were added to the questionnaire. Also expressed as percentiles, the results are shown in a bar chart presenting the QWL scores for each additional question for the department and the company. The colours on the left of the graph (bar chart) show the QWL interval for each domain.
The bar chart is accompanied by a table that provides details on the department’s quality of life profile. The table gives the QWL interval for each additional domain, notes whether the domain is improving or deteriorating, what degree of importance was identified and whether the attached goal is higher or lower. Also, if an impact was measured, the QWL interval that would apply if the event had not occurred is shown.
In the example, the bar chart shows that most of the domains are in the “Adjustments Desirable” interval for both the department and the company. Only item 6 is in the Problematic range.
The table shows that the company’s results for items 3 and 6 could require special attention. These items are respectively in the “Adjustments Desirable” and “Problematic” intervals; the change speed indicates deterioration and the importance is “Very important”.
