This section of the site is for managers and organizational consultants who are interested in quality of life (QL) and quality of working life (QWL).
It is intended to respond to a growing need for prevention of psychosocial risks that could affect workers’ psychological health and to plan appropriate action.

The first questionnaire, the Quality of Working Life Systemic Inventory (QWLSI), will provide you a quality of life profile for various groups of employees (departments) and for the company as a whole. Employees can also be offered a confidential individual QWL profile. |

If you wish, your employees can also complete a second questionnaire, the Quality of Life Systemic Inventory (QLSI). This option could benefit them on a personal level, and help you assess the reciprocal influences of the quality of working life and the quality of life in general. |
