Example of Results

The information collected on the 34 domains of working life is used to generate an accurate profile of several items and answer a number of questions:

1.    What is the overall QWL level in the department or company?
2.    What is the QWL level for each of the domains analyzed?
3.    How does QWL compare for different groups of employees within the company?
4.    How does QWL for the company, departments or employees compare with the QWL of the thousands of people who previously completed the questionnaire?
5.    What is the impact of a specific event on the respondents’ QWL?
6.    Which domains of working life are improving or deteriorating?
7.    What is the degree of importance assigned to each working life domain by the respondents?
8.    Are the respondents setting their priorities appropriately?
9.    What is the link between QWL and the goals set by the respondents?
10.    Are the respondents setting their goals appropriately?
11.    How should priorities be determined for an action plan?
12.    The various QWL domains are grouped into clusters. These groups are considered in the following question: can some clusters be affected overall and therefore require special attention?

Each of these questions can be answered by studying the profiles generated by the QWLSI© on a specific graph or in the table summarizing the results.
