General Principle of the Evaluation
Evaluation of the quality of working life is based on the perception that there is a gap between what you actually have and what you wish for in the various domains of your work.
The evaluation is therefore entirely subjective and there are no right or wrong answers.
Each question is answered on the basis of what you feel, not by trying to quantify what you are experiencing.
For example, in answer to the “Relationship with coworkers” question, you indicate how close your current situation is to the way you would like it to be. You do not need to say whether you have a lot or very little interaction with your coworkers.
