Introduction

The profiles generated with the QWLSI© make it possible to compare different groups of employees. In this way, two departments can be compared, or one department can be compared to all the employees in the company. In addition, the QWL profiles are compared to those of thousands of people who have previously completed the questionnaire; their results are compiled in a secure database.

The following sample profile compares the results for employees in one department with the results for the whole company.

Although not shown here, confidential individual profiles can also be generated and given to employees.
