Quality of Working Life Scores by Cluster
What is the QWL score for each cluster?
The last four bar charts repeat the QWL scores for each domain and still compare the department and the company. Expressed as percentiles, the results here are grouped in eight distinct clusters. The colours on the left of the bar chart use the same code as the thermometer. The additional information provided answers the following question:
Could some clusters be affected overall and require special attention?
In the example, we can see that the domains in the “Employee Support” and “Factors That Influence Job Appreciation” clusters have a relatively low QWL. These clusters would require special attention, unless the preceding results show that the domains in these clusters are considered “Not very important”. We can also see that the “Remuneration” and “Physical Environment” clusters have QWL levels near the 50th percentile. These can be considered protection factors, especially when the domains that compose them are deemed “Very important” or “Essential”.
