What working life domains are in the process of improving or deteriorating?

This graph shows all the working life domains, but this time they are organized according to the speed of improvement or deterioration noted by the department’s employees.

The dots still represent the answers from the department concerned and the line shows the answers of the comparison group. The dot colour still reflects the QWL score in the previous graph (green for Good Quality of Life, yellow for Desirable Adjustments and red for Problematic).

The Speed of Change Profile illustrates the speed and direction of change as perceived by the department and the company. With this profile, it is easy to identify the domains that are deteriorating or where attention should be a priority.

In the example, most of the domains show improvement for both the department and the company as a whole. However, the “Task distribution” domain is deteriorating in the department and the QWL score shows that adjustments would be desirable (yellow dot). This domain could require special attention because the speed of deterioration could quickly put it in the Problematic range.
